Neil Fletcher’s British and Irish pan-species list, 30th January 2012
Neil has followed that familiar path of many a pan-species lister:
- from birds;
- to birds and a vague interest in other wildlife;
- to birds, moths and a vague interest in other wildlife;
- to now trying to identify anything with an accessible key!
Over the last year he has been starting to get to grips with botany as this unlocks so many other host-specific species. Already this is paying dividends with 535 additions to his list in 2011, an incredible 34% increase in one year! Neil’s list stands at 2,135 on 30th January 2012.
